I am now in the stage of life where all of my friends have moved away, gotten married, or are beginning their professions...so in order to keep in touch, I started a book club!! Via Facebook.
Sadly yet thankfully the internet provides stability and nurture to lifelong friendships these days. And since all of my girlfriends are spread across the states, there is a comfort in knowing that we can all easily stay connected.
We are starting to read The Help by Kathryn Stockett. I am so excited to discover what it's about and finally complete a "free read" book since college.

a warm cup of coffee

a cozy blanket and snuggle buddy
a fall scented candle
good music on pandora
and...SNOW on the beautiful fall colored leaves
this kind of weather always inspires me to write/read/get creative...what will the Room above the Garage produce this year?
